More speeds (nine, but only on the automatic, otherwise you’re sticking with six. There aren’t actually any more gears in the box though, the elves within just do more clever things)

More turbos (one version of the 3.0 diesel will have four)

More lasers (for the headlights)

More electric range on the plug in hybrid (but only 30km/20 miles)

It was with the E60 but they fixed it with the F10. Now they are making everything look like the 3 series.

My qualm is less with the headlights, which look decent IMHO, and more with those stupid gaping grills and the rear end that doesn’t belong on anything with a roundel.
